Our counselor is a Level I trained IFS Therapist, and is also trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness based techniques, Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy.
